Job Description

Safe Harbor Marinas, the world's largest owner and operator of marinas, is currently seeking a Seasonal Cook at our Jamestown location.

Position Summary: The cook prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

Job Drescription:

  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
  • Maintain inventory control

Technical and Physical Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years' experience preferred
  • Relevant certification a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stoop, lift, rotate and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
