Job Description

Safe Harbor Marinas, the nation’s largest owner and operator of marinas has an immediate opening for a full time maintenance technician at their Walden Marina in Montgomery, TX.

Job Type: Full time with competitive wages and benefit package.

Job Duties:

  • To carry out those duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Perform work in response to Maintenance Orders.
  • Perform all general repair and maintenance related to the marina.
  • Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures for restrooms and docks.
  • Assist the Supervisor in maintaining inventory and inventory controls.
  • Possession of basic tools required for proficient job performance.


Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible days per week - weekends and holidays
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry a must
  • Organization and attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to swim and drive a boat


  • High school diploma or general education certificate (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record. Bring driver's license when applying.
