Job Description

Safe Harbor Marinas, the nation's premier marina owner and operator, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team at Trade Winds Marina. Qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service skills; be able to greet customers with a friendly smile; answer phones; accept customer payments; and handle electronic correspondence.  We offer competitive pay and benefits in addition to a fun, friendly and safe working environment.

Excellent Customer Service and Organizational Skills with attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports

Basic Accounting Skills

Weekends and some holidays may be required
