Job Description

As part of Safe Harbor Marinas, the world's largest marina owner and operator, Fiddler's Cove Marina is currently seeking a Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be a self starter, be able to work independently, as well as with a team. 

 

Fiddler's Cove is rated as one of the most desirable marine facilities on Cape Cod, and is conveniently located, offering an ideal port for the area's best cruising ground, with easy access by sea or land. Fiddler's Cove services and stores over 200 recreational boats, both power and sail.

 

Job Duties:

  • Operates 7 days per week seasonally
  • Haul and launch vessels as needed. Help with other Marina operations working on small and large vessels.
  • Must be personable and willing to run a team unsupervised.
  • Good equipment, good customers and good pay
  • Great position for a retiree or someone looking to boost their income
  • Full time, year round potential for the right candidate.
  • Must have appropriate licenses.
  • Heavy equipment experience a must, marina experience a plus!!

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs
  • Must have experience operating heavy equipment and have the appropriate licenses**
  • At least 3 years experience is a preferred
