Job Description

Sandusky Harbor Marina is a Safe Harbor Marina, the largest owner and operator of marinas in the world. Sandusky Harbor Marina is seeking a Full Time Office Manager to join their growing team and welcomes you to the "Best Kept Secret on Lake Erie." At Sandusky Harbor Marina you will find a friendly, family oriented atmosphere with all the amenities of a yacht club.

Qualifications:

  • 3 year's experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communcation skills
  • Customer Service experience

Job Duties:

  • Enter Contracts
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Maintain financial spreadsheets
  • Attend boat shows
  • Plan customer events
  • Marketing of marina products and services
  • Complete reports accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and work unsupervised

 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Possible weekends and holidays
  • Boating knowledge is a plus
  • Management experience a plus
