Safe Harbor Marinas, the nation’s largest owner and operator of marinas, has an immediate opening for a full time maintenance worker at their property in located in beautiful North Palm Beach FL.

Job Type: Full Time

Duties Include: Light plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and cleaning.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education certificate (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Valid state driver’s license. Bring driver’s license when applying.
2 years’ experience as a maintenance worker is preferred

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds.

Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

To carry out those duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Perform work in response to maintenance requests.
Perform all general repair and maintenance related to the job requirements.
Set up and operate machine tools such as a golf carts, drill, saw, and other operating tools.
Assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures for restrooms, and exterior plumbing.
Assist the Supervisor in maintaining inventory and inventory controls.
Ability to work with others and positive attitude required.
